  • Macerator

Mono-blade knives or macerator discs efficiently fragment effluents into fine particles using a rotating stainless steel blade, which is both durable and corrosion-resistant. This mechanical process facilitates the tearing and pumping of sewage in small-diameter pipes while minimizing the risk of blockages.

  • Grinder

Designed to handle occasional (accidental flushing) waste (wipes, tampons, etc.), the grinding fragment solids without disrupting the flow of wastewater. An ideal solution for collective use, they ensure effective management of unexpected waste and prevent blockages.

  • Single-channel, double-channel, or multi-channel wheels

Integrated into our pumping stations, they are designed with one, two, or more channels and allow the passage of liquids containing solids or fibers. They are particularly effective in preventing blockages when pumping wastewater.

  • Vortex impeller

Equipped with vortex technology, the KX V6 impeller generates a powerful rotational flow to evacuate solids without direct contact with the blades. Designed for the most demanding applications, it ensures long-lasting performance while reducing maintenance requirements.

Macerator

Macerator

The macerator cuts effluent into fine particles. The cutter's operation is based on a simple and efficient mechanical process. As effluent enters the system, the stainless steel blade, designed for durability and corrosion resistance, rotates continuously. This rotation breaks up solid matter, such as toilet paper and feces, reducing it to fine particles and evacuate the wastewater through a small-diameter pipe.

The cutter disc works by using several blades arranged in a ring on a rotating disc. At the same time, the device ensures the discharge of wastewater. Thanks to this dual action, effluent is evacuated through small-diameter pipes. The multi-knife disc allows for grinding by shredding. This system guarantees maximum efficiency thanks to the robustness of the blades and their resistance to wear. This technology is featured in the Sanicompact range.

Grinder

The Pro X K2 and Pro X K3 grinder have been designed to handle occasional waste such as toilet wipes, sanitary pads, tampons, or condoms. These grinders use advanced grinding technology to shred solid materials that may be present in effluents and are capable of processing difficult waste, such as toilet wipes, sanitary pads, tampons, or condoms, without compromising the smooth operation of the system.

Thanks to their robust design, the grinders are recommended for commercial use.

Single-channel, double-channel, or multi-channel impellers

A single-channel impeller is a type of wheel used in hydraulic pumps, designed with a single wide channel to allow the passage of liquids containing large solids or fibers. It is particularly effective in preventing blockages when pumping wastewater or loaded liquids.

Due to its ability to handle very high flow rates, the single-channel wheel is especially recommended for collective lifting projects.

A double-channel impeller has two channels to allow the evacuation of liquids loaded with solid particles. It is particularly effective for pumping wastewater or loaded liquids, reducing the risk of blockages.

The double-channel impeller sucks in and discharges particle-laden water without shredding it, in pipes with a free passage of 40 mm for maximum performance.

This technology provides a reliable and durable solution for optimal performance, particularly in commercial environments where large volumes of fluids need to be handled.

A multi-channel impeller is a wheel used in hydraulic pumps, featuring several channels to allow the passage of liquids, often carrying small solid particles. This design improves the efficiency of the pump by distributing the liquid flow through multiple passages.

"The two-channel impeller optimizes the intake and discharge of gray water with simplicity and efficiency, without the need for dilaceration, for unmatched performance."

Vortex impeller

The KX V6 impeller integrates vortex technology with a free passage of 50 mm, allowing it to process effluents and solid waste without blockages. Once in rotation, the wheel generates a powerful vortex effect that pulls solid materials into a rotating flow, facilitating their suction and evacuation without direct contact with the wheel's blades. As a result, the effluents are lifted through large-diameter pipes.

This innovative design enables the Vortex impeller to meet the most demanding applications, particularly in environments where solid or fibrous objects may be present in wastewater.
